Our school is set on 25 acres. The beautiful outlook allows for indoor and outdoor learning opportunities and experiences.
We are a small school consisting of 3 classes. The highly trained staff are passionate about delivering quality education and assisting all students to reach their learning potential.
At Central mangrove Public School we offer a range of opportunities for students to participate in extra curricular activities, including:
- Stephanie Alexander kitchen garden program
- drumming
- choir (odd years)
- sport.
Our well rounded approach to education ensures we are developing the whole child. As well as quality educational programs, we utilise a range of technological facilities for educational activities and we organise and participate in excursions which include the small schools within our Local Management Group.
Our school aim is:

The school attempts to provide activities that will not only cover all aspects of the key learning areas but will also lead the students through the relevant stages of development which will enable them to cope with future learning experiences. The school with its large area of natural bushland and ample playing spaces presents an attractive and peaceful learning place for the social as well as the intellectual needs of the students. The school is a focal point for this rural community and its parent organisations display an active and helpful interest through their involvement in the provision of improved learning facilities for all the students."
